Didn't get the confirmation email
Check your spam / promotions folder. If it's not there, sign in and
we'll show you a "resend" link, or just email us and we'll confirm you manually.
Your plan doesn't look right for your lawn
The plan is keyed off your grass type, ZIP, and lawn details. Open
Edit Lawn from your dashboard and double-check the grass type,
ZIP, and lawn size. If it still feels off, write us — we'd love to know
what you'd change.
You want to delete your account
Email [email protected]
from the address on the account and we'll erase everything within a
few days. See our
Privacy Policy
for more on how data is handled.
Push notifications aren't arriving
Make sure you've granted notification permission in your phone's
system settings (Settings → Notifications → lawnplan). If it's on
and still nothing comes through, let us know what device you're on.
A provider listing has a problem
Wrong phone number, bad photo, business closed? Email us with the
provider name and the ZIP you saw it in — we'll fix it fast.

Reporting a security issue
Found something that looks like a vulnerability? Please email [email protected] with the words "Security report" in the subject line and we'll get back to you the same day. We won't pursue any researcher who reports a real issue in good faith.
